Hello and welcome to our page! We are Russell, Erin, Vivienne and Teddy and we are so grateful that you are taking the time to read our profile.
We met “the old fashioned way” at the end of 2017 through online dating! We knew soon after meeting that we wanted to get married and in December of 2019 we had a beautiful outdoor wedding with all of our close family and friends. A year later we welcomed our rescue puppy, Teddy into our lives and he still remains an important piece of our family.
Our journey towards further expanding our family has been filled with ups and down but we are grateful that it has given us the chance to get to know each other in a deep way and learn how to support one another through it all. This has brought us so much closer and prepared us for our next adventure. In September of 2022 we welcomed our daughter, Vivienne, and have truly cherished each moment of parenthood. She has brought us so much joy and we know another child would multiply this joy.
We hope that this profile will give you an idea of who we are as a family and how much love we have to give another child. Regardless of whether you choose us or not, we want you to know that whatever decision you make will be the right one for your child.

Our Daughter
Our daughter Vivienne, “Vivi” is three and a half and growing into a wonderful young girl. She loves to dance, paint, watch cartoons and play with her many cousins. She is very silly but also so sweet and loves to give us hugs and kisses. She loves to take care of children younger than her and we know she will make an amazing older sister.
Our Pet
Teddy is our 6 year old rescue terrier who makes friends with everyone he meets. He knows all of our neighbors and loves to get pets from them. He is wonderful with children and loves to cuddle. His nickname is Teddy Bear.
Our Hobbies
Our hobbies include traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, going to sporting events, trying new restaurants and getting together with friends. We love to include our daughter Vivi in all of these activities so she can experience life to its fullest.
Our Extended Family
We are blessed to have a large and diverse extended family. Russell has one sister and Erin has two sisters and we have three brothers-in-law. We have 6 nieces and nephews ranging from 3 to 11 years of age. The cousins are all very close and love getting together. Erin’s oldest sister has two adopted children and we have been blessed to follow them on their adoption journey. We can truly say that their children were meant to be in their family. We have also witnessed the beautiful relationship they have with their childrens’ birth parents. Erin’s parents are in Wisconsin and visit often. Russell’s mother passed away in 2022 and his dad lives in La Grange which is a short drive away, and so we see him often. Our family has been very supportive throughout our journey to becoming parents and we are so grateful for them all. We miss Russell’s mother dearly and know that she is smiling down on us.
How We Met
Russell and Erin met online in 2017. Their first date was at a restaurant with a 2 hour wait. They both knew after the effortless conversation during that wait that there was something special between them. They were married less than 2 years later.

Erin
Erin has studied six different languages during her lifetime and is currently fluent in English and Spanish.
Erin went to a Spanish immersion school from kindergarten through 8th grade and went on to major in Spanish in college, prior to her nursing degree. She now teaches their daughter Spanish.
Erin is left-handed but plays most sports right-handed.
Erin worked as an ICU nurse for 9 years which has helped her learn how to stay calm and collected under stress! After obtaining her Masters degree she got a job as a Nurse Practitioner in Cardiology where she currently still works and loves it!
Erin is the middle child of three daughters.

Russell
Russell grew up in small-town La Grange Texas, and went to a Catholic elementary school where he also served as an altar boy for Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Russell is color-blind (red-green).
Russell was voted La Grange Leopard Beau his senior year of high school.
Russell loves to go to UT football, basketball, volleyball and baseball games.
Prior to becoming a financial planner, Russell was in the fitness industry for 17 years, first starting as a personal trainer in college and eventually moving into management and a director role for Gold’s Gym.
