Hi There, Welcome to Maddie and Dan’s Page! We wanted to thank you for checking out our page. We are a couple that lives in Connecticut with our 2 dogs, close the local marsh. Dan works for a bike manufacturer and Maddie works as freelance interior designer for multiple designers. When we aren’t working we like to bring our dogs to the park, or to a local area where they can swim. We also enjoy spending time with family and friends for dinners or board games.

Our Pets
We have two dogs! Gus (Yellow Lab Mutt) who is an absolute love, and just wants to say hello to every human and dog. He is a big boy at the age of 5, but is so sweet. We also have Bo (black lab mutt) who is 7, he is very sweet. He takes time getting used to strangers. But he loves kids as they often have food.
Our Home
Our home is a 2-bedroom, 2-full bath home that sits on a quiet street that ends on our beautiful local salt marsh. Our home is very colorful and filled with lots of sunlight during the day.
Our Hobbies
We both enjoying going for bike rides. Dan loves playing D&D and Magic: The Gathering as well as other board games. Maddie also loves a good board game; she also enjoys drawing with oil pastels and has a studio space she shares with 4 other women.
Parenting Philosophy
Allowing kids to explore the world around us, while keeping them safe and teaching them about what is right and wrong. A common thing we have seen often with our nieces and nephews is when we are at the summer house the kids who aren’t confident swimming must wear a life jacket on the dock if they want to be on the dock. Give and take and understanding each situation will be different for the most part.
What Adoption Means to Us
Adoption is the way we are looking to start our family past the two of us and to open up our home to a child. We are very excited about the opportunity.
Our Adventures
Before Dan met Maddie the only airplane ride he had been on was to go to California for a work trip. Since then Maddie and Dan have gone on many trips and we hope to continue that as a family.

I have cystic Fibrosis and it affects my lungs and digestive system.
I am the youngest of 4.
I love to dance.
I love to draw
I love sunsets and will run to see them from our house to a park near by as the viewing is better over there in the evenings.
