Our daughter Chandler is the absolute light of our lives. She’s full of personality, always smiling, and has the sweetest little giggle that instantly brightens the room. She’s curious, playful, and loves being around people, especially her five weenie dog sidekicks.

Chandler loves books, music, and being on the move. Whether watching Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, dancing to a song, or learning to swim, she brings so much energy and joy into our home. Watching her grow into her own has been the greatest gift, and it’s made us even more excited to see her become a big sister.

She already loves “helping” around the house, sharing her snacks (sometimes), and cuddling up for movie time. We know she’s going to be the most loving and fun big sister, and we can’t wait to see that bond grow.

Traveling together, exploring new restaurants, going to the lake, hosting friend and family gatherings, movie nights, video games, golfing, and downtown with our dogs and Chandler.

We have five weenie dogs who keep life extra fun (and a little chaotic in the best way). Their names are Mr. Weenie, Rue, Bisky, Bruce, and Finn.

Mr. Weenie is our big lap dog.
Rue is our sensitive little baby.
Bisky is the absolute sweetest.
Bruce is our lovable troublemaker.
Finn is the handsome mischievous one.

They’ve grown up right alongside Chandler and love being part of the action. We truly couldn’t imagine life without them.

… a Disney Tokyo cruise. It visits Tokyo Disney, Shanghai Disney, and Hong Kong Disney, which would be such a fun way to experience Disney in completely different parts of the world. We’d love to spend a few days in Tokyo before the cruise exploring the city, trying new food, and experiencing the culture together.

We love traveling and making new memories. Getting to share and adventure like this with both of our kids someday sounds like the perfect vacation.

For now, we are staying in Camryn’s family’s barndo while we wait for our new home to be ready. The barndo is behind Camryn’s parents’ house. It’s a spacious 4-bedroom, 3 ½- bath home, giving us plenty of privacy and room while still getting to enjoy having Pops and BeBe close by.

Our new home will be ready soon and is in the same neighborhood we moved from it is a 4- bedroom, 3-bath home with plenty of space for our growing family. Chandler will have her own room, and we’ll have a room ready to welcome our family’s newest member, along with a playroom for the kids and a game room for Austin. What makes our neighborhood extra special is the people. Camryn’s sister lives next door, and her cousins are right across the street. Everyone looks out for one another, and it truly feels like one big extended family. Our kids will get to grow up with grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins nearby. We’re excited for this next chapter and to create a home filled with family, fun, and lots of memories together.

We believe in raising children with consistency, love, and patience. Our goal is to create a home where our kids always feel safe, supported, and celebrated for who they are.

We focus on kindness, respect, and teaching by example. Chandler has already taught us so much about slowing down to enjoy the little things, and we can’t wait to see her step into her role as a big sister.

Adoption has always held a special place in our hearts. Camryn’s younger brother, Crew, was adopted, and his story inspired us to consider adoption for our own family.

Our roots run deep in Pilot Point. Chandler will be a sixth-generation Pilot Point Bearcat, which is incredibly special to us. It’s the kinds of town where generations grow up together. Camryn’s childhood babysitter recently opened a pre-school for ages 2-5 that Chandler now attends, and we absolutely love that she gets to be cared for by someone who has been part of our family’s life for so many years.

We have so many connections here through family, lifelong friends, school, and work that make Pilot Point feel like home. Camryn and Austin both work in town, our family is close by, and there always seems to be something going on. With Lake Ray Roberts just down the road, family time, and hanging out with our friends, small-town life never feels boring to us.

One of the sweetest parts is watching the people we grew up with now become parents themselves and getting to raise our children alongside them. There’s something really special about our kids growing up surrounded by the same community, traditions, and people that helped shape us.
